Steph Curry Expresses His Confidence To Come Back In Series

The Golden State Warriors had their backs against the wall, and they responded in the way they were supposed to.

The Warriors hit the ground running at home and never looked back, holding a double-digit lead for most of the game to get one back and reduce their deficit.

Of course, it’s one thing to win one game and another to win three in a row.

However, when asked about their confidence for the remainder of the series, Warriors star Stephen Curry claimed they’re fully confident in their ability to come back in this series.

This isn’t the first time the Warriors are facing a deficit like this.

They were also down 3-1 back in the 2015-16 season against the Oklahoma City Thunder, in that now-infamous series that led Kevin Durant to join them in the Bay Area.

While it’s highly unlikely that the Warriors will now recruit LeBron James or Anthony Davis after this series, they could repeat history by coming back from the 3-1 hole again.

The Warriors haven’t been a good team on the road all year long, and they dropped back-to-back games at Crypto.com Arena in this series.

Klay Thompson and Jordan Poole continued to struggle mightily with their shot, even in the win, so it might not be that easy this time around.

But the Warriors dynasty has proved over and over to be able to beat the odds, so there’s no reason why their fans shouldn’t feel as confident as Curry ahead of Games 6 and — potentially — 7.
