40 Years Ago, Iron Maiden Unleashed Piece of Mind

Iron Maiden 1982 album number of beasts It was a huge win as it surpassed both of its predecessors critically and commercially – earning them their first number one on the UK Albums Chart and proving that singer Bruce Dickinson was An ideal replacement for Paul Diano.

(he) gave us a different dimension.” To be sure, McBrain’s fluidity and versatility were a big part of the record’s evolution.
