Frantic 911 calls captured the panic of Texas mall shoppers as a mass shooter opened fire on them — with a distraught husband begging for help, sobbing, “My wife is dying.

“Please, please, I don’t want to lose [them],” the weeping man shouts at 911 dispatchers as he reveals his wife and child were among those shot in front of the H&M at the Allen Premium Outlets mall May 6.

“Get me somebody here,” the distraught man continues. “Please, I’ve been waiting for 20 f–king minutes. My wife is dying.”

Through his sobs, he also reveals his son is not breathing as he continues to beg dispatchers to “send somebody, please.”

The call is among dozens from people inside and outside the mall that afternoon, when Mauricio Garcia used an automatic assault rifle to carry out his 4-minute killing spree, which left eight dead and seven wounded.

“Please, please send somebody to H&M right now please,” a caller tells police dispatch through tears. “I don’t know what’s going on … we’re in the dressing room.”

The audio, provided to The Post through a public records request, paints a picture of the mass confusion and terror among the flood of callers, including some who feared they were being held “hostage,” as dispatchers quickly worked to discern the severity of each situation.

“We got a victim,” a caller tells a dispatcher, adding that she fled the Francesca’s store out of fear for her safety.

“I think it’s in his chest,” she said. “I left him there because I wasn’t sure if he was the shooter.”

Another person told responders they saw the suspect in the Cosmetic Company, where he “just shot a security guard.”

Calls about wounded victims continued to pour in, with dispatchers advising people how to slow the bleeding as police moved in.

“My mom just got shot,” one of the callers said. “My mom’s collapsed, my mom’s collapsed. Just outside the watch station.

“Please get there,” the woman begged as the dispatcher urged her to “stop the bleeding” and “get her to safety.”

Another caller, through sobs, told authorities of victims, “I got three.”

Several callers also shared information about the whereabouts of the possible shooter, who was killed just minutes after pulling up and unleashing a hail of bullets.

Police have said Garcia arrived at the Allen Premium Outlets about 3:36 p.m., when he hopped out of a gray Dodge Charger and opened fire.

The eight dead victims included two young sisters and a 3-year-old boy and his parents.

An Allen police officer who was responding to a different call in area rushed to the scene and fatally shot a heavily armed Garcia.

A video appeared shortly after the carnage on a YouTube page investigators believe was linked to Garcia.

The clip shows Garcia taking off a Scream mask and asking viewers, “Not quite what you were expecting, huh?”

Garcia was also found to have kept a handwritten diary and shared pictures of the journal entries – alongside ID cards, snaps of Garcia with Hooters waitresses, his guns and racist tattoos – on a since-deleted profile on a Russian social media site viewed by The Post.

Among the entries, the shooter posted an animated picture of a bear standing next to a full moon.

“May 5 Friday 2023,” the post stated. “Moons full loser’s (sic). See you in the morning.”
