There have been a number of brother duos who have played in the NFL, but few have been as successful as Stefon Diggs and Trevon Diggs.

This duo is notable because Stefon Diggs is a star wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills, while Trevon Diggs is a standout cornerback for the Dallas Cowboys, which means that they can actually play one-on-one.

A video the NFL posted on its official Twitter account shows the two men competing against each other in a backyard, just like they must’ve countless times while growing up.

After three years at the University of Maryland, Stefon Diggs was a fifth-round selection by the Minnesota Vikings in the 2015 NFL Draft, and despite his low draft position, he quickly became a serviceable player.

He had 720 yards and four touchdowns as a rookie, and in 2018 he surpassed the 1,000-yard mark for the first time.

He moved on to the Bills for the 2020 season when, with quarterback Josh Allen becoming a star, he blossomed, leading the league with 1,535 yards and earning his first Pro Bowl nod, as well as All-Pro first-team honors.

Trevon Diggs was taken by the Cowboys in the second round of the 2020 draft, and he has made the Pro Bowl in both of the last two seasons.

In 2021, he led everyone with 11 interceptions, two of which he ran back for touchdowns.

Trevon Diggs will be joined this coming season by Stephon Gilmore, who is himself a stud corner, and together they should give Dallas one of the NFL’s stingiest defenses once again.
