Noel Gallagher opened up about his collaboration with longtime Oasis rival and Blur frontman Damon Albarn in 2017, speculating that his younger version would respond to news of their collaboration with a knife “(I’m) talking bullshit.”

It all depends on which side of the bed I get up from that day. If you see me on a good day, I’m like, “Yeah, I can see that happening. “On a bad day, I’ll fucking stab myself in the ass.”
Gallagher also reflected on the time he met David Bowie, saying he “has no recollection” of the encounter. “I went to Wembley in the 90s to watch David Bowie and Morrissey,” he said. “I was so excited, so angry… I was taken to meet David Bowie in his dressing room, I don’t remember it at all. I remember walking in and he was doing his makeup in the mirror, that’s all.”
Gallagher went on to explain that he regrets the way he behaved that night. “If I could go back, I’d be even more grateful,” he said. “I’ll tell him what he meant to me growing up and what he means to me now.”
