After dropping the first three games of the Eastern Conference Finals, the Boston Celtics were able to finally win a game and keep their season alive by getting the best of the Miami Heat in Game 4.

Despite being able to stay alive in the NBA playoffs, the Celtics have to do something that no other NBA team has ever been able to do, which is come back from a 3-0 deficit to win a series, and as a result, advance to the NBA Finals.

On Thursday night, the Celtics will once again attempt to keep their hopes of winning a record 18th NBA title alive, as they’ll defend their home court against Jimmy Butler and company.

Although many have already written the Celtics off, with the consensus being that the Heat will ultimately pave their way to the Finals, ESPN’s Richard Jefferson believes Boston is on the cusp of making history via NBA Central.

Throughout the playoffs thus far, the Heat have seemed like the team of destiny, with a determined Butler leading the way for Erik Spoelstra’s squad.

However, the Celtics have been one of the best all-around teams in the league this season and have proven to be resilient at times, like they were against the Philadelphia 76ers in the second round of the postseason.

The real question is whether Jayson Tatum and company still have some of that magic left in order to take down a very tough and scrappy Heat squad that has no intention of going home early.
