TMZ The Los Angeles Police Department located Magra, 43, in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon, the report said. His actions prompted officials to convene a psychiatric evaluation team, which determined Margera needed to be taken to a mental institution. He will spend up to 72 hours at the facility under California code 5150.
Margera’s family has sought the public’s help in locating the actor and stand-in after he threatened suicide and subsequently disappeared on Sunday. In recent weeks, Margera has been publicly feuding with her estranged wife over custody of their children.
Margera has struggled with drugs and addiction issues throughout her adult life.Earlier this year, his predecessor idiot Collaborator Steve-O issued a public plea to Margera to “choose rehab,” warning, “Brother, you’re dying.”
In April, Margera turned himself in on Thursday in Chester County, Pennsylvania, after allegations he assaulted his brother during a fight.
