The deal will reportedly guarantee a base salary of $5.5 million and be eligible for an additional $2 million through incentives.
A three-time Pro Bowl defensive end, Clark remained in the AL West after being released by the Kansas City Chiefs in March.
Clark, who turns 30 on Wednesday, recorded 23.5 sacks in four seasons in Kansas City and added 10.5 sacks in 12 postseason games with the Chiefs.
He has 58.5 career sacks in 120 career games (88 starts) with the Seattle Seahawks (2015-18) and Chiefs. The Seahawks selected Clark in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft.
