Pink Sauce and Vodka Sauce

If you’re familiar with vodka sauce, you’re probably wondering how it’s different from pink sauce. Both sauces are similar, but the vodka sauce uses vodka to enhance the tangy and caramelized tomatoes. Pink sauce, on the other hand, achieves a similar creamy blend of tomatoes and heavy cream without the addition of vodka, resulting in a unique flavor that sets it apart. Although they share a similar appearance, it is their taste that sets them apart.
