A 17-year-old boy has been charged with attempted murder in the broad-daylight, caught-on-video shooting of a teen his own age nearly a year ago in Queens, police said.

The gunman — whose name has not been released because of his age — was nabbed on Tuesday in connection to the wild August 8 shooting on 118th Avenue near 152nd Street in South Jamaica, authorities said late Thursday.

He was also charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal use of a firearm, police said.

The arrested teen, joined by three others who also appear to be youngsters, walked up to their victim on the sidewalk just after 5 p.m., according to cops and a video they released last year.

One member of the crew appeared to say something to him before two others opened fire – prompting the victim to run into the street in front of a passing car, the clip shows.

The victim, who was struck in the right thigh, was taken to Long Island Jewish Medical Center in stable condition.

The wounded teen told investigators he does not know the suspects, police said at the time, adding that he does not have a criminal record.

Police tracked down the suspect after re-distributing a wanted flyer for him, cops said.

No other arrests have been made in the case, police said.
