Eyehategod are extending their “30 Years of Pain” through August and September. The outing was to celebrate the band’s landmark 1993 second album, Take as needed for pain.
The newly-announced U.S. stage begins August 31 in Austin and ends September 23 in Lafayette, Louisiana. NOLA metal dealers Goatwhore and Cancer Christ will provide support on selected dates.

In announcing the new route, Eyehategod said, “This fall, we’re bringing New Orleans to the West Coast with our friend Goatwhore and the almighty Christ of Cancer in Los Angeles!!!”
As road dog, Eyehategod is currently on a summer tour along the South East before diving in for a series of UK/European concerts that will lead to a newly announced tour.
Earlier this spring, Eyehategod and Goatwhore teamed up for the first leg of a tour covering cities in the South, Midwest and East Coast. As the band mentioned, the September show will focus on markets along the West Coast.
