Kashmiri Student Dies After Eating Panipuri In Nagpur

SRINAGAR: A tragic incident has recently come to light in Nagpur, where a Kashmiri nursing student lost her life after consuming Panipuri, Hindustan Times reported. The incident, which occurred in the city, has caused a great deal of shock and sorrow. The deceased, identified as Sheetal Kumar, had traveled from Kashmir to Nagpur to pursue her studies in nursing. At the age of 18, Sheetal was enrolled in BSc Nursing at a local college.

On the fateful Wednesday afternoon around 4 pm, Sheetal experienced severe discomfort shortly after consuming Panipuri from a stall in the city. She immediately fell ill and was swiftly taken to a nearby hospital for medical assistance. Sadly, despite the prompt response, Sheetal had already passed away by the time she reached the hospital.

According to the available information with Hindustan Times, Sheetal Kumar had recently arrived in Nagpur to pursue her nursing education. After finishing college, she went out with her friends to indulge in some Panipuri. Following their meal, Sheetal suddenly began experiencing intense stomach pain and vomiting. Concerned for her well-being, her friends rushed her to the hospital, where she tragically succumbed to her condition.

It is suspected that Sheetal’s untimely demise was caused by water contamination or poisoning, resulting from the Panipuri she consumed. The principal of the college, as per Hindustan Times has also expressed the opinion that Sheetal’s deteriorating health could be attributed to the consumption of Panipuri.
