Four people — including two young boys — were injured Tuesday after gunfire erupted in a Bronx park, according to hospital and law enforcement sources.

The gunshots rang out inside St. James Park near Jermone Avenue and 193rd Street shortly before 6 p.m., the NYPD said.

A 3-year-old boy suffered a graze wound while a 12-year-old boy was shot in the leg, sources told The Post.

A 23-year-old man was shot 2 times in the thigh and a 25-year-old was slugged in the back.

All four were taken to St. Barnabas Hospital.

Their conditions remain unknown.

Sources said two light-skinned males drove up to the park on a scooter and fired at least 5 rounds before fleeing south on Creston Avenue.

The incident is still under investigation.

The shooting is the second to occur in a Bronx park in 24 hours.

A 17-year-old was hit in the torso by a round apparently intended for someone else while inside Grant Park in Morrisania around 10:50 p.m., cops said.

She was taken to Lincoln Medical Center, where she was listed in stable condition.

The police are still looking for the gunman.
