The Dallas Mavericks and Cleveland Browns may not have a lot in common at first glance, but they do have one thing not every sports franchise has: A Batman.

Browns star RB Nick Chubb frequently takes on the hero persona via social media.

Grant Williams, on the other hand, fielded questions dressed up as Batman on Halloween when he was still playing for the Boston Celtics.

That’s why Browns QB Josh Dobbs had to ask him who he thought was the real Batman between him and Chubb, and Williams’ answer didn’t disappoint.

He claimed that he actually saved a moment, talking about his epic performance in Game 7 of their second-round matchup vs. the Milwaukee Bucks in 2022.

Williams knocked down seven three-pointers to save the day for his team.

Even so, the power forward wanted to give Chubb his flowers, stating that he’s Ben Affleck, while he compared himself to Christian Bale.

Notably, Williams will have to embrace that Batman role more often than not with his new team.

He’ll be asked to play some tough defense to try and make up for Kyrie Irving’s and Luka Doncic’s well-known struggles on that end of the floor.

The Mavericks had one of the best offseasons in the NBA, but the expectations are also quite high, considering they have one of the most talented duos in the league.

As for Chubb, the Browns enter the season with a lot to prove and a huge chip on their shoulders, so he also has a chance to prove himself as the real Dark Knight.
