The Kansas City Chiefs moved on from Frank Clark in the offseason, who signed a one-year contract with the Denver Broncos.

However, it didn’t work out between the two parties, as he was released before the midway point in the season.

Clark is free to sign with any team he chooses, including the Chiefs.

According to reporter Charles Goldman, Chris Jones was asked about Clark and what a potential return could look like.

Jones responded, “To have him back- I would love for that to happen.”

As Jones mentioned, “You can never have enough pass rushers.”

When healthy, Clark was a force to be reckoned with on the defensive side of the ball, a dominant tandem alongside Jones.

In this interview, Jones referred to Clark as a brother, indicating the type of relationship they have.

If Jones’ sentiment is echoed throughout the Chiefs’ roster, and it makes sense for the organization, Clark could be back in red and white very soon.

The Chiefs are 5-1 but do not have a perfect roster.

They have squeaked by in close wins over opponents they were projected to blow out of the water, which could signal trouble against better teams.

Adding a player of Clark’s caliber into the fold could be instrumental for their team throughout the rest of the season.

The Chiefs’ next three opponents are the Los Angeles Chargers, Denver Broncos, and the Miami Dolphins.

Two divisional opponents and an offensive juggernaut stand in their near future.

Will the team bring Clark back to help their cause?
