Analyst Sends A Warning To Cowboys This Week

The Dallas Cowboys will take the field again on Sunday following a much-needed bye week.

With all the talk about them after their scrappy win over the Los Angeles Chargers, they needed some time away from the spotlight.

Mike McCarthy’s team had an extra week to prepare and get ready to host the Los Angeles Rams to try and keep their 10-game home winning streak alive.

However, as ‘easy’ as it might seem on paper, considering how inconsistent the Rams have been, David Jacoby stated on The Carton Show that with all the injuries they have, they could be a challenge to the Cowboys.

He thinks the Rams are better than most people give them credit for, not to mention the fact that they’re well coached by Sean McVay.

On paper, Dallas shouldn’t find much trouble getting past the Rams, but the biggest issue with them is that you never know which version of them you’re getting.

The Cowboys have been great against losing teams and not-so-good against actual contenders.

Also, they haven’t fared well in adversity, as that puts pressure on Dak Prescott to be ‘the guy’ and lead the offense down the field, which often leads to turnovers.

The Rams have a solid quarterback with two great weapons.

Matthew Stafford, Puka Nacua, and Cooper Kupp could give the Cowboys vulnerable secondary a lot of trouble, and they’re not a team that usually comes back from big deficits.

Then again, they could jump to 6-2 with a win, and all the talk about them being fake contenders would most likely go away again.
