After hitting a speed bump against the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs a few weeks ago, the Miami Dolphins have now won three straight games, making easy work of the Washington Commanders on Sunday on the road in Week 13.

With the win over the Commanders, the Dolphins are now sitting at 9-3 on the season and are well on their way to winning the AFC East division title to punch their ticket to the NFL playoffs.

Even though the Dolphins aren’t a perfect football team by any means, as their three losses have come against some of the best teams in the league (Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, and Philadelphia Eagles), Miami’s offense is elite, with two of the best players in the game playing in their prime and making one another better on a weekly basis.

The dynamic duo of superstar wide receiver Tyreek Hill and star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has proven to be the ideal pair for the Dolphins, with both players currently in the NFL MVP discussion, even though Hill thinks his quarterback is this season’s MVP via Yahoo Sports.

On Sunday afternoon, these two stars put on a show at FedExField against the Commanders, with Tagovailoa connecting with Hill for two touchdowns and 157 yards on five receptions.

As long as these two continue to play at a high level week in and week out for the Dolphins, one of these players could be adding an MVP to their trophy case while also being in the running to win a Super Bowl title this season.
