The Baltimore Ravens just completed a banner regular season in which they won an NFL-high 13 games, and they’re the clear favorite to come out of the AFC and reach the Super Bowl.

They finished the regular season fourth in points, fourth in rushing touchdowns, and first in rushing yards, and other than the San Francisco 49ers, there may not be a team in the league that will have a good shot at beating them in the playoffs.

Offensive coordinator Todd Monken has done a fine job with Baltimore this season, and per Ian Rapoport, he is attracting interest from the Los Angeles Chargers and Carolina Panthers.

Monken is in his first year with the Ravens after three seasons as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Georgia.

Under his leadership, Baltimore has greatly improved on the offensive side of the football this year.

One factor in that improvement has been the play of rookie wide receiver Zay Flowers and veteran wideout Odell Beckham Jr., both of whom have put up more receiving yards than any of their wideouts did last season.

Flowers and Beckham have helped quarterback Lamar Jackson put up his best numbers in a few years and make himself into the favorite to win the regular-season MVP.

The Chargers have struggled over the past couple of seasons with their running game despite the presence of star dual-threat running back Austin Ekeler, and they badly need a strong coach who will also provide leadership and a winning attitude.

The Panthers, meanwhile, just finished with the worst record in the NFL and were near the bottom of the league in several offensive categories this year.
