It is always fun to discuss the best players in MLB.
The league is full of stars and each season there seems to be a new player that ascends.
Who will that player be in 2024?
You could debate forever on what player is the best.
But, there seem to be a few that stand out amongst the rest.
The first player that has to be mentioned is two-way star Shohei Ohtani.
We have never seen someone like him in MLB history.
He is a top-10 hitter and pitcher in baseball.
Unfortunately, due to elbow surgery, he will be unable to pitch in 2024.
Still, Ohtani should be one of the best hitters in baseball and is in for a career year playing for the Dodgers.
MLB recently took to Twitter to ask fans about who will be the best of the best in 2024, and the answers varied from fan to fan.

Aside from Ohtani, there are a few more players that need to be considered for best in the league.
Both are playing for the New York Yankees.
Aaron Judge won the AL MVP in 2022, but an injury-riddled 2023 season cost him a chance to repeat.
But, the biggest move the Yankees made this offseason was acquiring Juan Soto.
He has MVP talent and now gets to hit in a great ballpark for left-handed hitters.
Juan Soto or Aaron Judge I promise

As a Yankee fan , Soto/judge but I think Tatis is going to go OFF

Also, you can never count out one of the most electrifying players in baseball Fernando Tatis Jr.
He has the potential for a 40/40 season if he can stay healthy.
Another player who deserves to be recognized as one of the best in the game is reigning World Series MVP Corey Seager.

He was elite during both the regular season and the postseason,
He even finished second in AL MVP voting last year.
Ultimately, there are many elite players in baseball.
It will be fun to watch them all battle for the title of “best player in baseball” next season.
