The Baltimore Ravens are getting some much-deserved rest this weekend after they clinched the No. 1 seed in the AFC.

The Ravens have the luxury of sitting back and watching how Wild Card weekend unfolds and who their next opponent will be.

Baltimore was the most well-rounded team during the 2023 NFL season and is currently considered the favorite to win Super Bowl LVIII.

Lamar Jackson turned in another MVP-caliber season, while the defense was the stingiest unit in the league in multiple areas.

Jackson’s growth as a quarterback was impressive and the front office deserves credit for finally getting him an array of weapons to use in the passing game.

One of their key additions in the offseason was Odell Beckham Jr. who has shown he has something left in the tank after suffering multiple injuries over the years.

However, Beckham revealed that he was close to returning to New York and signing with the Jets instead via the Punch Line Podcast.

“In my heart, I was set to go back to New York and be a Jet,” Beckham said.

Beckham started his career with the New York Giants where he quickly established himself as a star and one of the best wideouts in the game.

The former Pro Bowler would’ve made for a solid addition to the Jets who would’ve had a trio of him, Aaron Rodgers, and Garrett Wilson to lead the roster.

However, Beckham revealed that Baltimore ensured he would sign with them with an aggressive offer and now the two sides are reaping the benefits of their partnership.
