Kareem Hunt Has 4-Word Message About His Browns Future

Heading into their first-round playoff matchup with the Houston Texans, the Cleveland Browns were expected to advance to the second round of the postseason by taking advantage of an inexperienced young team led by rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud.

Unfortunately for Cleveland, the Texans came to play on Saturday, with Stroud and company locked in and ready to take down the Browns and the stout defense led by NFL Defensive Player of the Year favorite Myles Garrett.

With the NFL season officially coming to an end for the Browns, the attention turns to the 2024 campaign and which players might be coming or going in Cleveland.

Apparently, veteran running back Kareem Hunt isn’t thinking about going anywhere after he scored two touchdowns against the Texans on Saturday, as he doesn’t plan to go anywhere during the NFL offseason, according to Tom Withers of the Associated Press.

Even though Nick Chubb will still be the lead back for the Browns moving forward, unless his injury really sets him back, Hunt doesn’t seem to mind his role on the depth chart in Cleveland, which seems to fit him pretty well.

During the 2023 NFL season, Hunt rushed for 411 yards and nine touchdowns while also catching 15 passes for 84 yards.

The three-headed monster of Chubb, Jerome Ford, and Hunt is fairly solid for the Browns and will help the team be a force to be reckoned with on the ground once again next season.

The real concern is at quarterback with Deshaun Watson and whether he can live up to the massive contract he signed with the team.
