The Los Angeles Chargers wasted no time in parting ways with Brandon Staley last season.
They’ve had plenty of time to assess all their options and choose the right direction for the future.
Notably, Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh has been strongly tied to the team for months now, and he even had a first interview with them.
Now, according to Adam Schefter, both parties are expected to meet again at some point this week.
Reports state that Harbaugh is most likely to choose between the Los Angeles Chargers and Atlanta Falcons if he, in fact, decides to make an NFL return.

Nonetheless, a return to Ann Arbor is still pretty much in place as both parties continue to negotiate trade talks, and there’s even a chance he could get more money by staying in college.
Harbaugh has proven that he can win and win fast, and the Chargers have the kind of personnel all coaches would die to have.
They have the franchise quarterback and the offensive playmakers, not to mention some stout players on defense.
This team has been poorly coached and managed for way too long now, but it shouldn’t take a lot to turn things around and have them compete toe-to-toe with the likes of the Kansas City Chiefs for the top of the AFC West.
As of now, it seems like Harbaugh’s future is still pretty much up in the air, and it might take a lot more than originally expected to convince him to go back to the pros.
