Video Shows Lonzo Ball Looking Impressive On Court

Lonzo Ball’s once-promising NBA career has hit a major roadblock.

He hasn’t played a single minute of NBA basketball in well over two years, and some were starting to fear that he might not be able to suit up ever again.

He’s dealt with multiple injuries throughout the course of the years, but doctors admittedly didn’t have much of an idea of what was going on with his knee or why he was still dealing with so much pain after several procedures.

Also, the fact that the Chicago Bulls ruled him out of the prior season long before it even started wasn’t an encouraging sign.

Fortunately, it seems like he’s finally back on track to suiting up.

A clip shared by basketball coach Chris Johnson showed him looking sharp, sprinting, and knocking down shots in the gym, which is something we hadn’t seen him do in quite a while (via NBA Central).

Ball is still one of the best and most cerebral playmakers in the game, and his size and length made him a disruptive defender as well.

He was making big strides as a three-point shooter, and while he wasn’t an All-Star kind of player, he could’ve been a championship-caliber role player and starter by all means.

There’s still a chance that he will end up having a successful career, even though injuries will always be a major concern.

At this point, it seems like everybody will settle with just watching him play again, even if it’s not at the highest level.
