The NBA is well-represented in the 2024 Olympics in Paris as there are numerous players spread out across each of the national teams.

However, Team USA is still considered the favorite to win the gold medal as they brought some of the best players in the league onto their roster.

LeBron James, Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant headline the old guard, while Anthony Edwards represents the next generation of Team USA stars to don the red, white and blue.

The team is flawless in international play so far, going undefeated during their five-game exhibition slate and winning their first pool play game against Serbia.

Durant and James led the team in scoring with 44 points combined, while Edwards had his fair share of moments too.

Although Team USA won convincingly, there are still some questions about head coach Steve Kerr’s rotations as both Jayson Tatum and Tyrese Haliburton didn’t see the floor via Courtside Buzz.

“ZERO MINUTES: Jayson Tatum & Tyrese Haliburton did NOT play a single minute in the first half of their Olympic debuts vs. Serbia.”

Kerr later explained that Tatum’s lack of minutes was due to Durant’s return to the lineup, though Haliburton may just be out of the rotation because of the emergence of Derrick White.

White was a late addition to the roster after Kawhi Leonard stepped down, but quickly earned Kerr’s trust as a defender and secondary playmaker.

Tatum will likely see some run during the tournament, but it remains to be seen what the plan is for Haliburton.
