The Buffalo Bills are the bright spot team and are looking to improve to 3-0.
Every game has a winless team. The Jacksonville Jaguars are trying to avoid an 0-3 deficit when they take on the Bills on the road. The Cincinnati Bengals are also looking for their first win at home against the Washington Commanders.
Buffalo's offense isn't as reliant on the pass, but no one seems to miss former star wide receiver Stefon Diggs. Cincinnati is used to this kind of trouble, having started 0-2 in five of the last six seasons. In 2022, they recovered and advanced to the AFC Champions League.

When will Trevor Lawrence step up?
When the Jacksonville Jaguars selected Trevor Lawrence with the No. 1 overall pick in 2021, expectations were high for him. He was solid in his second season, but he regressed last season and his production was a major reason for the Jaguars' poor performance this season.
Lawrence received a five-year, $275 million contract extension this offseason, but he hasn't played like an elite quarterback. He completed just 51 percent of his passes, and Jacksonville ranked 27th in scoring, averaging just 15 points per game.
The Bills are still good at 2-0 despite star quarterback Josh Allen throwing just 42 passes combined in two games. Allen threw three touchdown passes, helping Buffalo rank third in the league in scoring offense with an average of 32.5 points per game.
Allen's biggest task will be avoiding Jacksonville star Josh Hines-Allen, once known as…Josh Allen. In 2021, Jacksonville defeated the Bills 9-6. Hines Allen intercepted, caught Allen's fumble, and sacked.

Bengals breakout time
The Bengals were upset by the New England Patriots in Week 1 and lost to the Kansas City Chiefs last week on a last-second field goal. Now Cincinnati is trying to get out of the woods and has a scheduling gift in Week 4 – the Carolina Panthers – so it can get to the .500 mark.
One of the standout developments was receiver Tee Higgins making his first start of the season after being sidelined with a hamstring injury. It also means fewer double teams for star wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase and quarterback Joe Burrow, another top target.
