Titans quarterback Will Levis suffered an apparent right shoulder injury in the first quarter of Tennessee's game against the Miami Dolphins on Monday night and is listed as questionable to return.

Mason Rudolph, who replaced Levis, led the Titans with three field goals in the first half and 10 points in the third quarter. Tennessee led 19-6 entering the final quarter in Miami Gardens, Florida.

Levis was injured while sprinting to the right side for extra yardage. With more than seven minutes left in the first quarter, he held the ball with his arms outstretched and landed heavily on his shoulder out of bounds. He was tagged short of a first knockout.

Rudolph was at quarterback when the Titans got the ball with 4:14 left in the quarter.

Tennessee coach Brian Callahan told ESPN at halftime that Levi would return to the game if he was healthy. However, Rudolph returned to the game for the entire third quarter while Levis stood on the sidelines wearing a helmet.

Levis threw his sixth interception of the season before leaving the game. Entering this week, he led the league in turnovers with eight, including three fumbles. He completed 3 of 4 passes for 25 yards on Monday.
