This week’s meal plans are warm and hearty and I’m sure they’ll be a hit with everyone in the family. My favorite is the Chicken Parmesan because it only takes 20 minutes to prepare and the air fryer makes it a healthier option without sacrificing any flavor.

How many can it feed?

This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to start your week right. It provides five meals, feeds 4-6 people (depending on whether you're feeding adults or children), and includes a shopping list! With new ideas and easy-to-make recipes, weekly menu planning will be a lifesaver.

Why should I meal plan?

If you haven’t tried meal planning ahead, this will change your life! Here's why I swear by meal planning:

  • Save time: 4:00 PM No more panicking about dinner. With menu planning, you know exactly what's on the menu, what you need, and how long it will take to cook.
  • save money: Meal planning can do wonders for your wallet. When you put together your weekly shopping list, you'll easily spot opportunities to buy in bulk and creatively repurpose leftovers into future meals. You won’t be wandering aimlessly through the grocery store, unsure of what to buy.
  • Goodbye delivery: When you plan dinner ahead of time and stock up on groceries, you're less likely to go to the drive-thru. Because you cook at home, it means more savings and healthier meals. Win-win!

Perfect pairing!

These side dishes are perfect for dinner this week. You'll love serving your fajita soup with chips and guacamole. Love the air fryer baked potatoes and my Boursin Pork Chops. Olive Garden salad with chicken Parmesan and four-flavor casserole. And my favorite Beijing Beef Fried Rice!

My weekly meal planning always includes a printable shopping list that is measured and ready to go. It makes things so easy! Just click the pink button below to view the listing!

Store leftovers for meal planning

I only plan meals Monday through Friday because sometimes we have plans over the weekend or I have leftovers that we have to finish during the week! If you have leftovers, store them properly in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
