SRINAGAR: The National Health Mission, Jammu and Kashmir (JKNHM), has released the 2024 recruitment notification, inviting eligible candidates for a walk-in interview to fill positions of Specialists and Medical Officers.
This recruitment drive seeks to fill 24 vacancies in various health facilities across the Kashmir and Jammu divisions. The positions offer a salary of Rs 85,000 per month for specialists and Rs. 35,000 per month, plus an additional incentive of Rs 15,000 for medical officers. Interested candidates are required to participate in the walk-in interview process at designated venues in Srinagar and Jammu.
The walk-in interviews are scheduled for August 7, 2024, at the office of the Mission Director, NHM, J&K, State Health Society, Block A, Ground Floor, Old Secretariat, Srinagar, and on August 8, 2024, at the State Health Society TIHFW Nagrota, near Sainik School, Jammu. Interviews will commence at 10:00 am on both days. The deadline for participating in these interviews is specific, as only those attending on the specified dates will be considered. Candidates must bring all necessary documents for verification and meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the official notification.
Candidates must possess the required qualifications and experience to be eligible for these positions. Specialists are required to have a postgraduate degree in their respective fields (Gynecology, Pediatrics, Anesthesia) from a recognized institution, along with relevant experience. Medical Officers must hold an MBBS degree from a recognized university and be registered with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. Candidates should be domiciled in Jammu and Kashmir and meet any other criteria specified in the official notification.
