Over the last few decades, the Chicago Bears franchise has been a rudderless ship in the NFC, as the team’s brass made bad decision after bad decision, resulting in this team struggling year after year with little hope for the future in the Windy City.

However, there’s a good chance that things are trending up for the Bears, with the team bringing in what could be a legitimate superstar quarterback in the 2024 NFL Draft and a rookie wide receiver who might become among the elite in the NFL.

USC product Caleb Williams looks like the real deal under center for the Bears as he’s been impressive in the little time he’s spent on the football field for the storied franchise, which is obviously great news moving forward.

Rookie wideout Rome Odunze is also looking like a player who will be able to live up to expectations, as he’s turned heads since being added to the Bears roster.

With the Bears being the talk of the NFL right now, Louis Riddick of ESPN believes the team’s ceiling might be to win the NFC North division this year via ESPN’s Linda Cohn’s Twitter account.

“I think the ceiling is for them to win the [NFC North] division,” Riddick said.

Although it is way too early to speculate what the Bears can accomplish during the 2024 campaign, Chicago will definitely be a team to watch in the NFC this year and has a chance to win the NFC North division title if they can hold off the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions.

Even though beating out the Lions and Packers is a tall task, anything can happen in the NFL when a team comes together during the regular season.
