The Los Angeles Chargers are going to look a lot different in 2024 than they did in 2023.

One of the most significant differences for this team is at head coach, as Jim Harbaugh has taken over those duties.

Harbaugh brings an impressive track record with him, having just won the national championship with the University of Michigan.

There is a lot of hope and anticipation surrounding Harbaugh, as many believe he can help turn this team around.

The Chargers have several talented players on their roster, but for one reason or another, they haven’t put the pieces together to find meaningful success down the stretch.

Harbaugh and his team recently brought in linebacker Frank Ginda for a workout, and according to Tom Pelissero, the team signed him.

As Pelissero mentioned, Ginda has spent a lot of time with the Michigan Panthers, a USFL franchise.

Ginda did win the Defensive Player of the Year award with the Panthers last season, an indication of his dominance in the USFL.

Of course, the NFL is a completely different animal, as the best of the best play in that league.

For Ginda to have success, he’ll have to dig deep, work hard, and make sure he’s ready for what’s coming his way.

The Chargers have some incredible players on defense, and if Ginda can learn from them, he just might be a value signing for this team.

With all of the Chargers’ changes in mind, it will be interesting to see if they will have greater on-field success than they’ve found in recent years.
