The Pittsburgh Steelers said starting right tackle Troy Fortanu will miss Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
He suffered a knee injury during Friday's practice and will be sidelined indefinitely, ESPN reported Saturday.
The rookie was still being evaluated as of Saturday morning.
The Steelers selected Fatanu, 23, with the 20th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. He has appeared in just one NFL game, the Steelers' 13-6 victory over the Denver Broncos last Sunday.
On August 9, he injured his left knee in the team's preseason opener against the Houston Texans.
