SRINAGAR: The Chevening fellowship for the academic year 2025-26 is offering assistance for the Masters and PhD degree Programme. The last date for applying for the programme is November 5, 2024.
It is hosted by UK universities and it is provided by UK Foreign, commonwealth and Development office.
The eligibility criteria for participants is that they must be residents of nations like South Africa, Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Lebanon, or Mexico. They must have more than five years of exposure, only one citizenship and not UK citizenship. Applicants must not be working in the British Council, not have relations with an employee or departed worker of her queen’s administration and not a partner of the Commonwealth Universities Association.
The benefits of the programme include maximum educational award that is £18,500, including two economic flights from a ward’s country to UK, housing when travelling to Britain, care of all expenses in UK, charges of events and courses in England.
