you mentioned beyond vision is based on the journey of life. Can you elaborate?

When I was writing this, or when I had the idea for this record, I really wanted it to have a soundtrack feel to it, with no beginning and no end. You don’t necessarily choose where to play the song. I mean, of course you can. But the whole experience from start to finish is how it should be heard. And, when I was thinking about the record plan, everything that was going on in my life, and the pandemic hit, and everything that was going on in[co-writer and Black Cobra guitarist Jason Landrian’s]life, it ended up being. It ended up being like a journey. We sequenced the songs in a way that makes you feel like you’re taking off somewhere – kind of like how you feel on a plane, with a real calm in between. The exhilaration of takeoff, the calm when you get to 37,000 feet, and then, of course, the turbulence. Just, everything.
