celine dion again forced to cancel Her “Courage World Tour” due to her battle with Stiff Man Syndrome.
“I’m sorry to disappoint you again. I’ve worked really hard to get my strength back, but touring can be very difficult even when you’re at 100 percent,” Dion said in a statement. “It’s not fair to you to keep postponing the show, and as much as it breaks my heart, it’s best we cancel everything now until I’m really ready to get back on stage again.”
The legendary Canadian singer went on to promise she “won’t give up” and concluded by saying she “can’t wait” to see her fans again. Tickets for canceled dates will be refunded through the original point of sale.
The Courage World Tour is scheduled to stop in Europe and the UK.It was supposed to start in late August and run until April 2024
Dion revealed in December 2022 that she had been diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS), a rare and incurable neurological disorder that causes progressive stiffness in the muscles of the trunk, arms and legs. At the time, she canceled concerts scheduled for May to July 2023 to focus on her recovery.
