Skip Bayless has become a talking point in the sports industry again, this time because of his breakup with NFL legend Shannon Sharpe.

Sharpe agreed to a contract buyout with FS1 to leave Undisputed after the NBA Finals, putting an end to his partnership with Bayless.

Now, Bayless made the news for the wrong reasons again, as former NBA coach George Karl put him on blast on Twitter following a rather-controversial take about Nikola Jokic.

Bayless claimed that Jokic had been lucky with most of his shots in Game 2 of the NBA Finals, which led Karl to call him “an embarrassment to sports media.”

Notably, Coach Karl has never been the one to mince words about anything or anybody; he’ll just call it as he sees it.

Moreover, Bayless might as well be the least-liked person among NBA players, as they’re constantly taking shots at him.

Bayless’ ESPN tenure ended abruptly after Stephen A. Smith rose to prominence on First Take, which led to Skip joining FS1 to have his very own show again.

Now, it’s unclear what the network will do to replace Sharpe, who had also become a prominent figure overnight.

As for Coach Karl, it’s more than likely that Bayless will have a timely response when he’s back on TV, so we’ll have to stay tuned to watch how this story unfolds.
