While packing up the stands for three nights of “The Eras Tour” at Chicago’s Soldier Field on Sunday night (June 4), Taylor Swift swallowed Caught a bug and ate an unexpected snack (grabbing tickets here).
‘I just swallowed a bug,’ the pop superstar said as she was about to perform ‘Tolerance’ as part of her forever put. “That’s so stupid,” she added before quipping, “Oh, that’s delicious.”
Swift continued: “Is there any chance you guys didn’t see it? It’s okay, it’s okay. I swallowed it.” While the artist said she would try to avoid repeating it, she admitted it could “happen again” because, as As she explained, “There are so many mistakes. There are 1,000 of them.”
Earlier in the evening, Swift handled the mic glitch with similar composure. “Okay, guys, let’s start over,” she said after receiving a working mic. “Let’s go back in our memory, rewind back, and that didn’t happen. We’re back 36 seconds.”
