Demos from Disney’s partnership with Apple include 3D visuals of a basketball court, showing how users can immerse themselves in a sports game at home, and immersive National Geographic content that puts viewers in the middle of the ocean.

“This will allow us to create deeply personal experiences and bring our fans closer to the characters they love,” Iger said. “This platform will allow us to bring Disney to our fans like never before.”

The sizzle reel also shows Mickey Mouse springing to life in the living room, Disney theme park firework displays erupting in the kitchen, and fans watching Star Wars content on the surface of the planet.
