Jay Johnston, a Bob’s Burgers, Arrested developmentand Mr. Xiuhas been arrested and charged by the Department of Justice in connection with the January 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol, allegedly court documents.
nbc news Johnston was arrested in California on Wednesday, the report said. He was charged with felony obstructing police during civil unrest, as well as several misdemeanor counts.
