Former Stephen F. Austin assistant bowling coach Steve Lemke’s life was crumbling faster than 10 pins at The Dude’s bowling alley. Stephen F. Austin is obviously known for his bowling program. Under head coach Amber Lemke, the Ladyjacks won national titles in 2016 and 2021. Meanwhile, her aforementioned husband Steve lost his job, ended a 7-10 split, and one of the dumbest things known to man happened to his marriage.

Steve resigned on April 10 after the university learned of his relationship with an unidentified player on the women’s bowling team. Inexplicably, a few months later Steve Lemke spoke about his firing, defended himself, and seemed to focus on the consensual relationship, as if it absolved him of any responsibility. Steve believes his actions have “been amplified to the size we are now because we’ve developed a national championship level.”

Not only does he seem to think there’s a national interest in the NCAA bowling scandal, but Steve also doesn’t seem to realize the damage he’s doing by cheating on his wife – with a player she coaches on a daily basis.

“I know it’s a no-no, but there’s no rule that says it can’t happen,” Steve Lemke told this daily sentinellake. “There’s no law saying I’m going to go to jail for doing something like this. Nothing is set in stone. I guess it’s just a code of ethics, like we don’t like it, but there are no rules, nothing illegal.”

He added: “I think it’s more of a college ethics issue in terms of the coach/teacher-student-athlete relationship.”

Steve basically disregards morality and his marriage vows as some rhetorical device because it’s not illegal is some incredible mental gymnastics. In an old story, Steve was discovered when his wife found a text message from his mistress. They must be some steaming text. No.According to Steve, “It Basically how amazing I am from a general perspective. ‘”

Now that’s downright frustrating.text messages that sound like you got them from you working wife. Once again, Steve’s work spouse is his real wife. But if you’re starting to feel a little bad about old Steve and his thirst for affirmation, check out this weeping story he gave to explain his affair.

“I was a stay-at-home dad for five years with the kids, and Amber had to go away and coach the team, and when she came back, I’d take care of the kids and train while she was away. Back,” Steve Lemke explain. “I would sit down and look after the kids while they were traveling again. Then when I got hired, she pretty much forced me to practice. Until then, I was a volunteer, trying to help Amber. Once I got hired, One thing comes out of another. I feel like I’m doing too much for what’s important to me.”

After all, teamwork doesn’t always make dreams come true. Stephen F. Austin’s Lemke dynasty is over, but Amber will return as head coach next season. Meanwhile, Steve will have to sneak out to his bachelors night after he gets kicked out of college bowling. Maybe he’ll be coaching another college’s men’s coaching staff, but it might be tough for an assistant bowling coach who starts an affair with a student-athlete he has power over and then gushes Say these casual words.
