The Jacksonville Jaguars are a team on the rise in the NFL, with Trevor Lawrence and company finally putting it together in 2022, which led to the team making it to the playoffs and giving the eventual Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs a run for their money.

Although the Chiefs ultimately beat the Jaguars in the postseason, the future looks very bright in Jacksonville, as they could be the team to watch coming into the 2023 NFL season.

The team has progressively gotten better and could become a legitimate title contender in the near future, especially with Lawrence coming into his own as a leader and one of the better quarterbacks in the game.

With Lawrence starting to get noticed and recognized as one of the elite quarterbacks in the NFL, the former No. 1 overall pick hasn’t gotten a lot of attention, like this video from CBS Sports with his Jaguars teammates poking fun at him for his inability to talk trash on the football field.

Even though Lawrence is horrible at talking trash to opponents, the 23-year-old is starting to take the league by storm and could be in for another great season during the 2023 campaign if he can continue improving his craft.

With the Jaguars playing in one of the worst divisions in the league in the AFC South, Jacksonville has a chance to be playoff bound every year of Lawrence’s prime, as a division title will seal the deal and make them postseason bound annually.

It’ll be interesting to see if Lawrence can take it to another level in 2023 and if his trash-talking skills get a little better as a result.
