The deal is two-way in 2023-24 and one-way in 2024-25. The team did not announce the terms of the contract, but according to The Athletic, Dostar’s salary will be $775,000 in the first year, rising to $850,000 in the second year.
Dostar, 23, was selected by Anaheim in the third round of the 2018 draft. The Czech has averaged 3.65 goals per game and a 0.902 save percentage in 23 games (20 starts) over the past two seasons.
His stats for 2022-23 include 4W, 10D and 3L in 19 games (17 starts) with a .901 save percentage and 3.78 goals.
