The free agency process in the NFL is more or less over, with the majority of the teams around the league already making the moves they wanted to make with training camp right around the corner later this month.

Although the top-tier talent around the league is already off the table with big-name players like Odell Beckham Jr. and DeAndre Hopkins agreeing to deals recently, there are still some solid NFL veterans looking for work and getting frustrated with the process of free agency.

One of those veterans is 28-year-old defensive end Yannick Ngakoue, who remains a free agent and doesn’t know where he might play next due to the lack of interest in his services.

Ngakoue recently made an appearance on “The Jim Rome Show” and expressed his frustration and that he’s confused why he hasn’t gotten more interest from teams.

Ngakoue is coming off an impressive season in which he recorded 9.5 sacks and a forced fumble for the Indianapolis Colts, which should be enough for teams to show interest, especially since he’s healthy and still under 30.

Although Ngakoue is still playing at a high level in the NFL, he has bounced around the league a bit since being drafted in the third round by the Jacksonville Jaguars back in 2016.

Ngakoue has played for the Jaguars, Minnesota Vikings, Baltimore Ravens, Las Vegas Raiders and played last season with the Colts.

During those stints with five teams, Ngakoue has racked up 65.0 sacks, 21 forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, two interceptions, and two defensive touchdowns.
