Arnold also spoke about what it’s like to be on a set with countless legends, including Matt Damon and Nolan himself, and what such a role offers for the next step in his career, which includes the upcoming Apple TV+ series, lady in the lake.
“My first real scene with Cillian, I looked him in the eyes and I was like (pant),” Arnold said. “My reaction on the first shoot was, ‘Oh my God, what is this… I don’t know what he’s doing, but he’s doing something. ’” And then I sort of settled down and I said, ‘Okay, do your job. You have to be grateful for it. Luckily, the cameras weren’t on me.’”
