The Chicago Bears are getting set to begin a season with high expectations for the first time in a while.

That is because they have a roster in place that is good enough to compete for the division title.

It will be the third season for quarterback Justin Fields, who is expected to make a substantial leap.

Despite being an elite runner, he has plenty of room to grow as a passer.

That is why the Bears added wide receiver DJ Moore with hopes he could help unlock Fields.

Bears head coach Matt Eberflus had nothing but praise for Moore as he starts his first camp with the Bears, per the team’s YouTube account.

He said Moore is “quicker than I thought he was.”

Moore will have to be a strong WR1 for the Bears to be successful this year.

He has not played with a quarterback like Fields throughout his entire career.

This could be the season where we finally see the best of the 26-year-old.

Of Moore’s five NFL seasons, three of them ended with 1,000+ receiving yards.

But he has struggled to produce touchdowns throughout his career.

Last year, he caught seven touchdowns, which was a career high.

It will be intriguing to see if he can set a new high this year.

Many eyes will be on Chicago as people want to see if Fields is the real deal or not.

His play will be the deciding factor in how far the Bears will go this season.
