The Tennessee Titans will head into the 2023 NFL season as a team on a mission to prove that last season was a fluke, and this year they fully intend to take back control of the AFC South division, which the team has controlled for quite some time.

Even though the team isn’t getting a lot of buzz right now, with Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars stealing all the headlines in the division, Tennessee has a few reasons to be motivated for the upcoming season, as the future could be bright for the franchise.

Along with bringing in rookie quarterback Will Levis as potentially the future face of the franchise, the Titans signed superstar wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins to pair with superstar running back Derrick Henry as a one-two punch on offense.

If everything goes smoothly next season and beyond, the Titans might have a winning team in place when they move into their new $2.1 billion stadium, as seen in this preview trailer via Front Office Sports.

Whenever a franchise professional sports pays that much money for a new stadium or arena, the goal for the team is to have the best team they can possibly get when it moves into its next stadium.

Fortunately for Tennessee, the team still has a few more years to build a winner, and they may need them with the competition in the division and the conference only getting better.

It’ll be interesting to see how the Titans do in 2023 and whether they can build something special in the coming years to prepare for their new stadium.
