The Golden State Warriors took a gamble by trading for Chris Paul this past offseason.

However, the gamble has seemingly paid off so far this season, as the veteran point guard is dominating games with his great floor general abilities.

So far, during the 2023-24 season, Paul has dished out 54 assists and committed only 6 turnovers during the process.

Keeping that in mind, Warriors superstar Stephen Curry recently claimed he is jealous of Chris Paul’s assist to turnover ratio via Warriors on NBCS on Twitter.

“I’m super jealous,” Stephen Curry jokingly said of Chris Paul.

Looking at Chris Paul’s stats this season, he’s averaging 8.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 9.0 assists over six games for the Warriors.

It’s no surprise that the Warriors currently have a 5-1 record in the Western Conference, as they hold the first seed right now.

After all, Chris Paul is still one of the best point guards in the NBA despite being 38 years old.

The veteran guard’s trade to the Warriors has finally provided him with a real chance to become an NBA champion for the first time in his career.

But can Paul stay healthy throughout the regular season? That remains a huge point of concern for the Warriors, who are aspiring to win their second NBA Championship in three years.
