Coming into Week 14 against the Los Angeles Rams, the Baltimore Ravens were rolling with seven wins in their last eight games while making a case for being arguably the best team in the AFC right now.

With the Ravens playing in the toughest division in the league this season in the AFC North, Lamar Jackson and company had to keep their foot on the gas pedal, even though they were facing an inferior opponent in the Rams on Sunday.

Despite having a rough 2023 campaign thus far, the Rams came ready to play against the best the AFC had to offer, as Matthew Stafford and his squad were not backing down on the road at M&T Bank Stadium.

After an all-out offensive battle, these two teams headed into overtime with hopes of pulling out the win and looking forward to next week.

Ultimately, the Ravens took control in overtime and won their 10th game of the season, with their superstar quarterback putting on a show as usual.

According to Sarah Ellison of the Ravens Vault Podcast, Jackson has improved his personal record against NFC teams to 19-1, which is impressive, to say the least.

The true test for Jackson and the Ravens will come on Christmas Day when Baltimore goes on the road to face the San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium.

Jackson will be in jeopardy of losing a second game to an NFC opponent, with the 49ers looking like the best team in the league.

In fact, this Christmas Day showdown could be a Super Bowl preview.
